Needs a lot of help from uptime to professionally entering credentials and proofing secure passwords. App could be so much better from not crashing on loading and not being accessible for over a week. Would even offer software services to get this app operating securely and pleasantly. It could be a really good thing but is not reliable or very trustworthy yet

Can’t even login in, downloaded repeatedly only for it to just continue to crash and say internet can not be detected. What was wrong with the previous app? Atleast it worked and don’t have to manually load tickets, or go to website on browser to check numbers, stats, winners, or promos. Very disappointed and for reaching the highest tier that’s available I don’t feel like Idaho lottery is rewarding users in the manner in which they claim they do. Locality doesn’t seem to be the strong point for it’s players. Feel cheated. Hopefully with all the funds being earned for Idaho they could manage a web page more efficiently 🧐

After they worked on the app it started working, this app is great! Absolutely love this app. It of course has its glitches- but the team at Idaho Lottery are very responsive and do their best to fix any and all problems as fast as they can!! I love being able to scan my tickets, view percentage sold, and spend my points all in one place.
