GETTING STARTED:
For existing adb Customers without a Mobile Banking Account, you will need one of the following to enable you activate the adb Mobile App:
Valid Retail or corporate account with Agricultural development bank.
Visit the nearest adb branch for activation on the mobile banking App or request via your (RM)
To complete your app activation, you will receive an SMS with your username and password on your mobile number used for registration.
Please follow below steps to setup your App:
1. Download the App from the App store & Install it on your device.
2. The Mobile Banking Platform will send an alpha numeric Activation Code with your username to the Mobile Number you provided
2. Enter your Username and password into the App.
4. This will load your account details on the Mobile App Landing Page, and you can start enjoying Mobile Banking Services

This by far is the most useless app ever. OTP delays and most times never gets delivered to mobile number. Makes transactions longer and time wasting. Sometimes it takes days and the app wouldn’t just deliver OTP for transactions. Doesn’t give statement on mobile numbers that had cash transferred to. I mean you can’t even check which mobile number you just sent mobile money to , if perhaps you sent to a wrong number using the express pay since name verification isn’t available with that option. I mean how can an app be running for over a year with no updates. This is supposed to be a quick relief on transactions with the bank and not to add headaches . Sometimes you make transfers and get debited but recipient never receives it. It takes sometimes 48 hrs to be returned and credited back. This is super disheartening. If you can’t make it any better, delete it and let’s join the queue
Does not work or is confused

This application does not work. After keying in all the information to transfer money to another bank, it asks you to “confirm beneficiary account”, then when you click it tells “unable to confirm customer details”. You can’t confirm my details? Really? Sorry but you have to work on it. Too bad.
