Needs improvement

I’ve been using this app on my phone for around 4 years now and this is the first time I’ve had issues with it. I have to sign in every time now-which is frustrating. Once I’m signed in the app is frozen. I can’t tap on anything. It stays frozen on my member page which is extremely annoying. I’ve had to delete the app and then redownload it. This seems to only be an issue on the phone. I don’t know if there was an update and it messed things up but hopefully this issue can be resolved bc I used to really like this app.

Enter CEUs Manually Doesn’t Work

During the conferences AAPC promoted this app to enter in the CEU’s seamlessly. I tried to enter it in manually and all I kept getting was the AAPC standard webpage. And nothing anywhere as to where I could update it manually. I suggest that the developers login as an AAPC member and try to use their own app to see if they can enter the CEUs manually. It doesn’t work seamlessly. I can see why there’s a low rating. Also, when I was trying to update the incorrect email address. It kept going back to the incorrect email address after I updated it, but when I checked with a online customer service. They said was updated fine. That’s frustrating for a user. The incorrect address should be removed and the corrected address should display. If the app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to what’s the point of it I can just use the desktop version which would be far more accurate.

I was certainly happy to see that AAPC had an app. It’s now a lot easier to access information on the go. However, the CEU Tracker is VERY glitchy. I am asked to log in EACH. AND. EVERY. TIME. Even when I have “Keep Me Logged In” checked on the sign in page. And recently, when I attempt to add a CEU, it simply kicks me back to my home page without saving any information. The ability to add the document by taking a picture with the phone is great. It would just be nice if the whole thing worked more smoothly. Thank you for working to make things easier for your members.

The app often times needs to be restarted multiple times before it will allow you to move into where you want. Not a lot to do in the app compared to the site. It’s frustrating that you are forced to use the app for certain things. Nice concept but needs a lot of bugs fixed.
