If there is 0 star, would have rate the app and the company 0 star rating. I was booked for a shift, facility cancelled and I already also withdraw from the app and to find out the next day I was still on, this like almost 5pm and I had to drive like 1 hour to get to the facility, talk to one of the representative that I would like to be paid starting either from 3pm or 4pm for the shift I already being canceled for which they refused, she asked me to cancel from the shift but can’t do that on the app and she said that she will write a note so that it doesn’t affect me just to find out the next I was being suspended and I called to clarify and they had to let me know that they can’t reinstate my account. First shift with them and got issue already. This must be a joke…I used other app and never get this issue with any of them…

Hello! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you faced during your first shift with us. If a facility cancels on a nurse, the facility is supposed to cancel the shift. It sounds like that didn't happen here and as a result, you accidentally NCNS which results in a suspension. I am going to look into this situation on your behalf and update you with what I learn.

I just got off the phone with a Brianna she refused to tell me her last name she I was on the phone in chats with a company all day asking if they were going to book me they continued to say they needed my flu vaccine proof so I booked elsewhere only to find an hour later that I was booked n had to cancel and Eshyft’s stated it’s my fault yet if you look at our messages you can see that they weren’t booking prior to that now all of a sudden they did and Eshyfts was no help what-so-ever and Briana gave horrible customer service and needs to go back to school and get another reason why I’m leaving the medical field entirely it’s all about paperwork and money more than patient care and they will book you last minute and expect you to be there I’ve never on any app had to ever withdrawal from shifts because if not booked by that am usually I’m not going to be booked not with Eshyft so make sure you cancel and don’t go off a facilities messages either because apparently they have no regards to their own rules when they say they need something to confirm booking yet book you anyway it makes no sense and eshyft acted like I am the 1 that made no sense they r 100% for the companies and not for nurses and im sick of agencies like that when will there be an agency that is for the nurses n not the facilities but this is why they will one day not be in business and when that day comes I will thank God for that!

Waiting for facility to approve pay

I very much enjoy the idea of the app, being able to pick up PRN shifts at local facilities. But I find it extremely frustrating having to wait for the facility to approve our pay. This can take the facility days, sometimes weeks and it's extremely frustrating because the managers/schedulers know they need to approve the pay they just take their good ol time and that seems to be just fine. It's not, and something needs to be done about it. This app could be absolutely fantastic but having to wait for facility to approve pay makes it my least favorite app to work for. I highly suggest INTELYCARE as you do not have to go through this with that app. You are paid right after your shift as you're literally walking out the door, and have access to a portion of your funds with daily pay. Come on eshyft get on the ball with this!! You have pay on demand but can't even access it until facility approves time card which can take DAYS/up to a week, whenever they feel like clicking the button. We are traveling to help them out, taking the WORST assignments and busting our butts yet we can't be a priority to get paid the same day. PLEASE UPDATE THIS and you have the potential to be the best agency app out there! PLEASE CONSIDER MAKING CHANGES TO THIS!!!!!!

Hello! You getting paid is not contingent on a facility approving your timecard. A facility does have until Wednesday to approve your timecard, but if they don't, it automatically gets approved after the deadline because we don't want to delay you getting paid for the work you've done. Thank you for your feedback on instant pay! We are currently looking to revise the earned wage access tools we currently offer.

It’s decent but needs work

I have been picking up shifts with them since the end of March because my sister said it was an okay app to work through. She was right they are literally just okay. With the bank account I use I’m able to get paid up to two days early. The facilities have up to Wednesday to approve your timecards so of course I don’t expect to get paid two days early from that, but I have been getting paid on Thursday’s. I have been having someone at the facility I normally pick up at approve my timecards well before the due date and yet my pay ends up coming late on Thursdays when I normally would get it somewhat earlier. It sort of irritates me because I have bills that see my pay date through my linked account & will try to take out bills early because of this. Outside of that…I do not like that if you are accepted for a shift & have to cancel a good enough time in advance it will still count against you, but the facility has up to the last two hours to cancel you with no issues. There is no leniency for the workers.
