App Performance
The application always has an issue. I recently got a message that I need to log out and back in to place a order, but when I did try to log back in the log in button would be greyed out.
Ordering the food from the app is okay. But there is no way for one to track there points. Other than the question mark explaining how the system works there isn’t a user friendly option to view how far away you are from $X off next purchase. I always just guess when I can use it.
The bare minimum looks like it’s been done to make this app, and it’s silly how many bugs and issues happen.
Too many steps
Not compatible with Apple’s password auto fill, not compatible with Apple’s credit card auto fill, and requires way too many confirmation steps to place a simple order. Also doesn’t work with Face ID. All in all a very cheap annoying app that’s difficult to use for what should be a simple ordering process.
Cannot enter card information order because of random “skip” card ad thing
I cannot order at all because whenever I’m bout to put my card information on the app it just takes to some random screen and I can’t exit it but get out of the app FIX IT
