Shockingly terrible app

Peeved in Illinois
This business process is bad. You receive a link over sms. It directs you to download an app. The link take you to the front page of the app. No process to follow, no guidance on screen. I haven’t got far yet but I don’t keep my pdf paystubs and W2s on my phone so it seems to lack any form of testing or User Acceptance in any way. I’m left frustrated and just in disbelief that this was something that was designed.

This business process is bad. You receive a link over sms. It directs you to download an app. The link take you to the front page of the app. No process to follow, no guidance on screen. For me, the application has been out of sync from the website. I am far along in my loan process, however, the app isn’t showing that at all. For some reason, it is stuck at the continue application step. Also, the required documentation section is the same thing.

Be careful before downloading this app. I downloaded this app (by mistake) and it has my personal information. However I don’t have a mortgage or pending mortgage with them! The phone number is registered to an individual! It’s misleading at first glance because Mutual has LIFE INSURANCE too. I emailed them to cancel it am waiting to hear back. I am not pleased at all!
