It's hard to fathom that a bank as big as RCBC has an app this pedestrian. The UX is borked and not intuitive; Too many clicks to check on your account and also there's no real time tracking of your transactions...I know that my subscription was charged and was debited but it doesn't show in the app. There's such as thing as showing pending transactions...this app doesn't have that feature.Notifications for incoming deposits, withdrawals or as I've mentioned transactions is missing from the actual app. The over reliance with SMS messaging that's inconsistent anyway to get these alerts is head scratching. When smaller rural banks have better apps - it might be time to go back to the drawing board.

This app is very user friendly. I can transfer fund easy to my other bank accounts. What l love most of this app is l can convert dollar to peso in real time. That is from my dollar account to my peso account. They have competitive rates you can see in real time. I don’t have to wait in line to change my dollar to peso. I upgraded my iphone twice and never encountered any problem transferring this app to my new phone. I am 70 years old woman and this app is a life saver. Well you can say that l am a little into tech despite my age. I have other bank apps but so far this app served me well than the other ones. Thank you RCBC Pulz, you’re the best!

Ever since upgrading to a new phone, I’ve completely lost access to my RCBC Pulz account. Even when entering the correct credentials, both on the app and online banking, I keep getting the same pop-up message: “Thank your application! Please check your email for the status of your application.”I never had this issue on my old phone and could access my account without any problems. Now I’m locked out for no apparent reason, despite using the same account details. I’ve tried multiple times and still get nowhere.What makes this even more concerning is that I’m currently living in another country, so I’m completely blind as to what’s happening in my account. Not being able to monitor transactions, balances, or access my banking information is extremely worrying and stressful.This is extremely frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliable access is critical. RCBC really needs to address compatibility and login issues affecting users after device upgrades.

I dont reside in the Philippines so I dont do much transactions. This new app will test your patience. I can’t view previous transactions unlike the old app. They provide a statement which cant be save in the gallery but in some files somewhere. It’s July now and no June statement available yet. I am not sure if you can view the checks issued, like in the old app. I can only see my balance. If I ammissing something, pls enlighten me. Thank you.
