Great app, but missing some key functionality

The app is great and the AI chat bot is really cool. But the app is missing some key functionality. There is no search function for the technical articles, which is a hindrance for searching for related information. Also, there’s no SAML login option for organizational accounts.

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the app. We replaced the search functionality with the AI chatbot; the chatbot finds answers more effectively and is trained on all the latest technical content generated from Esri. We’re also working on the SAML issue and hope to have a solution soon.

The app is great and the AI chat bot is really cool. But the app is missing some key functionality. There is no search function for the technical articles, which is a hindrance for searching for related information. Also, there’s no SAML login option for organizational accounts.

Allow anyone to track bugs

Great app but I would like the ability to track bugs without needing to be connected to an organization. I don’t understand why I need to be connected to an organization to track bugs.

Looks very helpful but for 100,000’s of people like me, it’s useless because we can’t login with our org account.

good grief! not everything is about the bottom dollar esri. can’t the app at least be free and open to all???
