A lot of these people are simpletons that don't actually bother with the depth of things. Simply put this app is OKAY at best but it just isn't as good as it should be. I can't believe we are in the year 2025 and yet somehow some way I have to continously log in basically every time the app is closed for more than 5 minutes. Imagine if you had to sign in to your social media platforms EVERY single time you opened the app. Doesn't sound fun does it? The app itself is clunky and slow. And while the overall use of it makes a lot of sense, I just don't see any justification for using it over your physical copy. It has other things to offer sure, but that's banking off the chance that it works the way you want it to with no hiccups.Furthermore, I think it is important for people to understand that the customer service is quite decent. Any time I've needed help they've always been responsive, but with us being so far into our technological advancements as a society there is no reason that an app of this caliber should be doing the bare minimum. Put some pizazz into your app or just shut it down altogether.
