Doing my daily exercises, knee bends, toes stretches and bends, controlling bladder exercises and such. Working an hour a day outside, having to climb hills that are at about 12%, raking and using pitchforks to clear my road, walking 2/10 of a mile three days a week, fell twice slip down the hill and at my brothers I was weed eating behind the solar panels tripped on a rock, had my brace on. Still a bit of a constant ache in the back neck and head, taken Tylenol and Advil. My colon and urethra aren’t working too good since the accident, kind of like, I don’t have a lot of feeling down there, only feel bowel movement just as it’s getting ready to push out and urine not able to hold. they were real good before the accident. Can I do stretches, set up a regular work out go swimming, go to my physical therapist. It he Chang? Thanks Liz LB

Keeps sending notification of a new test result every few days. However, I have not had any tests for months.

I have a PCP and am not able to EVER make an appt with her for whatever reason. The app frequently crashes out when trying to schedule appts, saves inquiries about ailments on problem list, and keeps every prescription on record not in chronological order even if for acute ailments that resolve and are no longer needed.

Why when I set up face recognition for this app it doesn’t work?Also when it asked to set up new password it doesn’t work?Lame….
