I have been trying since January 1 and have spent so much time putting in all the information, security questions etc. etc. At the end of all that it tells me either invalid name - invalid member ID - invalid password, even tho each was correct. So I tried the chat and wasted even more time there. After asking Qs for help and being “transferred to a different customer rep” I then received a message back that my “chat window was terminated, something went wrong, try again later!!!” REALLY!!???😡If it doesn’t work why don’t they do the honorable thing and just tell us that upfront so we’re not wasting all this time in multiple attempts. I even called and talked to a customer rep on the phone who was very nice but had no idea how to help solve this… Another waste of time.

This is the worst app I ever had for my OTC. I do not understand why health first switched the app that they used prior to this one or before this one whatever the point that I’m making here today is I cannot login I can login it’s just you can’t see nothing. You can’t order anything when you click on something you don’t see anything else, this is a waste of time and I wish first would switch to a different kind of product that we can use one that preferably let you login and order stuff and see everything but I guess gotta wait until the year to get another one. don’t waste your time.

My Blue Cross Medicare insurance offers over the counter supplies through this app. It is by far the most frustrating app I have ever used. No way to search for specific products. If you look at one product in a category, you cannot easily return to compare it to another. You must go back to the beginning and start over. And the items are priced way above what I can purchase in stores. I feel like I am not only wasting my time; but their money.

First step to use this App is to setup an on-line account for your OTC benefits with your Healthcare Insurance Provider. That process needs all the normally required Health plan account numbers, dob, email address, standard set of security questions, etc., and a user name & password.Then download and install this app. Sign in with the user name and password you created with for your Health Plan OTC account and you are done.
