I have repeatedly discussed this issue with the office. The CMA app has empty tabs for the user. But the office said he can log into my account and it’s all there. Obviously there is something wrong with the interface on the app. From the website, there is a link to the CMA app. When I click on it, I get an entirely different photo upon login. And I can access documents. This shouldn’t be this hard! It’s a simple app with associated tabs that open with the information. Maybe holding a user requirements meeting would help you & I.The details listed re the app dashboard is not what we see. We see NOTHING! Information not available.
HOAs shouldn’t be able to outsource management

Just another management company that hides behinds its apps and websites making this the only way to communicate. Don’t let your HOA switch.
