Okay except ...

App is very good with the exception of accessing the benefits. When you go to that tab, it makes you log in with your FB membership number which is DUMB!!!! I don’t want to dig out my card to get my number, then type in that long number. Why do you have to log in separately to see what benefits you have as a FB member?? If you’re going to make people log in separately to see the benefits then that tab needs to be removed from this app!! I feel like this extra log in procedure is intentional so people get frustrated and don’t use any of the available benefits!

The billing setup is worse than before the update. The billing amount before said zero was owed and I thought I had just forgotten to check off that bill, then I get a notice saying I’m going to lapse. There’s absolutely no detail on dates, amounts, little on history of payment and you can’t even change payment methods so they’re going to draw from an account you no longer want to use.There’s no control over account management and it seriously needs to change.
