My company switched to AccrueHealth two years ago and it has been 100% better. I am very happy and have had discussions with coworkers who feel the same way. Easy and so user friendly of a system.

Poor design, full of errors

There should be some advantage to an app over a website right? Well this is one of those apps that feels so poorly designed and so basic that it doesn’t need to exist. Functionalities are limited compared to the website and many times the app will become frozen or close due to a bug. It’s confusing why this app feels so half-baked. It really could have so much better functionality and support. No notice of indefinite system maintenance, no easy way to contact support, no FAQs or help desk, just redirections to your insurance for questions or concerns.

FSA’s are great, Accrue Health is not

App functions pretty well, easy enough to add receipts, but they continually harass you with messages even after you’ve added receipts saying you still need to do it. You have to call & have someone at the office manually accept the receipts. Even after the girl said our daycare payments from our DCFSA would be considered recurring & not need verification each time they still send the messages wanting the receipts each time. I love having an FSA, just shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops for something that should be so easy.

I’m sorry if you accidentally lock yourself out of your account and need help resetting. I spent 3-1/2 hours trying to contact customer service. My call was continuously terminated. When I finally was able to speak to someone, I tried to make them aware of the phone issue but I was disregarded. I called from 3 different phone numbers, so the problem was obviously on their end, and they don’t care. Very unpleasant experience.

• Interval tracker balance is now easier to view. • Various UI enhancements and bug fixes.
