Today my son and I are spending the day together because he called me crying from Florida and said he misers me! I live in my so I am staying at a hotel and we see these scooters so we have it a try. We were able. Move around.m really easily and freely. We found some fun things to do and good things to eat and we had the best day ever. After how we’ve been feeling this allowed us to be mentally HAPPY 🌸🌎

If you are in Orlando please do not use this service!!! Absolutely horrible!! My family tried to use this service on I-drive. We downloaded the app the night before and set up our accounts to ensure we would have no issues. What a joke! While we found multiple scooters on iDrive to use, the majority of them did not work. After multiple tries we finally found four units that we could activate. Once we got to the end of our trip the app would not let us end the session on any of our scooters, even though we were in a green area and it should’ve been OK. We had to call the customer service line and wait on hold for 10 minutes to get someone to end our session so we would stop being charged. When we got ready to leave our destination and needed the scooters again we literally attempted eight different scooters, all of which were not functional. As soon as we got back home that night I made all of my family members delete this app and we will never use this service again.

I rode 3 miles. Took 30 mins and cost $20. Lyft back was less than $10 and quicker. First scooter wouldn’t unlock. 2nd ok. They are on a 3-4mph “geo-fence” of some sort around certain areas. Makes the ride very jerky as you don’t know when it will respond to throttle inputs, or randomly hit the brakes. Not enough torque/power to get you safely across intersections. I had to cross 2 lanes slightly uphill to get across busy freeway on ramp. Scary and embarrassing to have to pedal push it up the hill like a kid on a bike with training wheels.

The “scoot zones” are very restrictive. I had to backtrack 0.3 miles to close it out when trying to visit a popular restaurant in a shopping strip. That’s a 10min walk in Florida humidity. They obviously pay a lot of people to flood them with 5-star ratings. Read the 1-3 stars. Buyer beware!
