It has been a long time that I always have to wait for at least 30 minutes to see my family doctor until I started with Kelsey Care Advantage. The service was fast and efficient! It’s very convenient that I don’t have to make many trips back and forth between doctor visits and lab tests/ vaccinations- just one stop shop!
What I like the most is I can use the app to see my test results and chat with my doctors.

Kelsey IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO OR SHOULD BE! What happened?

In the past Kelsey was the ideal place to go however now it is not uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes or more when trying to schedule an appointment and then being told I will transfer you and the wait begins again. Then most often it is necessary to leave a message and receive a call back which will likely happen the next day. Additionally on the electronic medical record all appointments scheduled are not displayed, only some and it is the same with testing. Only some are displayed. The staff are world class and work very hard however they have begun to complain about Kelsey also. I’ve discussed this with Dr. Hoyle the chief executive for a few years in a row and what has happened is that it has gone from bad to worse!! DONT CHOOSE KELSEY SEYBOLD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Website upgrade

A few things could be added to make the site a bit more user friendly. The opening page photo needs to be changed. There are 2 message “folder” icons that are confusing. Keep the user interface clean and simple. Give us an opportunity to delete old messages and doctors that we may have used only once. Thank you

BTW the phone system could use an upgrade as well. On hold we listen to many announcements that really don’t benefit us that much. Actually it’s very annoying. Thank you.
