The installation process was very user friendly and I got everything to work pretty quickly, the image quality is great and I love the notifications however when I first installed it I was able to view the live camera stream in landscape mode, after a couple of hours it stopped working correctly and now I can only see it in portrait mode (not the best option if you are trying to see more details) I assume this is a software issue related to the latest update, if it wasn’t for this I would give it 5 stars.

Everything is a learning experience. I started with cameras 10 years ago. This camera caught my eye because of a reasonable price. I had my problems with hooking it up. Then complications with keeping it online. But, they answer your phone calls and are diligent in helping you out. You must have a strong signal and I didn’t. So many small things can get in your way. All is working correctly and I have been away for six weeks and I can still see my driveway back home. Very important to me. Thanks for listening to me.

The message center does not record images of motions, it will capture all black and nothing works I reset the cameras and reconnected, I cleared the cache, I deleted all previous captures and nothing seems to make it work again. Any reccomwndations will be good. The live view works but not the actual capture of images. Only for the security flood light, the door bell camera works as intended. Please fix 🙏🏻

I have 4 of this light with camera on it. When I first purchase it they was able to see all cameras in one time, and on the same device. Later on I got this message to update it, and now I can’t see all of them in one, I can’t hear anything, I can’t talk though it, can’t see all the images. I’m really mad because I spend over $700 for 4 devices that is not working great. If anyone is having the same problem, or was able to fix, please let me know. Thank you
