Everything had been fine until my last appointment. (Covid test) they said my results should be in the app in an hour, as per usual. My appointment was Tuesday at 6:45 pm and it is now Wednesday at 10:30 am and it still is not showing.I've had two other tests done from the same location and it went without a hitch. Sooo why this time are they not showing? There's no update or anything. They're nowhere to be found.

I needed information on scheduling a covid test without insurance. Called urgent care clinic listed on head department website and voicemail said to download app for info. Download app and created account, requiring personal data. The only thing I could do with the app was schedule an general urgent care appointment. No clarity on what the appointment was for, what type of tests are offered, or what the cost is for self pay. I couldn’t even cancel the appointment. No one available by phone and no one returned my message. I went elsewhere for my test, didn’t show for supposed appointment, and am deleting app that seems to be nothing more than a scam for data mining.

The concept is amazing, seems easy and convenient. But completely misleading. You sign in on the app. It gives you an appointment and tells you to wait in your car till you are called or call if you need assistance. After waiting over an hour I went in to ask how long it’s going to be and they said they are no longer taking appointments (& the app isn’t meant for appointments). Then why did I get a confirmation and a message saying they would call me. We are sick, I know you are trying to help, but your systems should be updated to say this info. Also the website is pretty awful (FAQ’s link doesn’t work, services aren't listed).

Listen I downloaded this app because it said it was 24 hour care for telehealth appointments. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes this morning I gave up and deleted the app from my phone. 5 HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT REQUEST they call me to see if I still want the appointment. What? Eventually I did get to talk to the doctor and she was very helpful and quick. So overall I think I’d use it again but with the expectation that it’s not 24 hours
