Hey Autobell, I love your car wash and the app works great but one thing I think could help improve both customer satisfaction and profit stream for your company is exploring doing an interior only service. I have a sports car that I am not willing to bring through the wash because I only hand wash it so I don’t risk any paint scratches. That said, I’d love to bring it by Autobell just to get an interior job done once a week or every other week. I’m sure many of your customers can relate to this! Other than that though love the job y’all do. Looking forward to hopefully seeing this updated one day!

You have a great car wash but your phone app has been a disaster for years so I canceled a couple of years ago. Now I saw ads for your new app that touts “sharing “. What a misnomer that is. All you can do is put more than one car on the app but only one customer with the app on their phone can bring the vehicles to the car wash. So if I add my wife’s car on the unlimited plan, I am the only one that can bring it to the car wash unless she has my phone with her. Who can do that when today most of us depend on our phone numerous times a day to survive. Your development team must all be bachelors and just don’t get how the world works today. You just lost hundreds of dollars a month recurring revenue. “Sharing” is really false advertising and many of the other reviews I have read illustrate that people signed up not knowing that term was meaningless.

Your app has come a long way. It is real easy to use and I’m loving the pollen pass. I’ll keep this when the three months are up. If you’re interested, I think the app could be even better by adding more upgrades. When I purchased the pass, I was told if I wanted to upgrade to any of your services, already having the pass would save $10 on (for instance) a super poly process. One day I came and wanted a pass wash and add on a scent. Another I wanted to add a tire shine. You have the opportunity to add a bunch of add ons that make you money and make it easy for me by using the app. Thank you

It’s a car wash app but it somehow has higher levels of security than my bank does at signup. Was crazy. Wouldn’t let me do a voip mobile number, wouldn't let me paste a password in from my password keeper, required me to provide a mobile phone number, and required me to enter all information about my car, including the license plate number.A lot of that stuff is fine as optional, but come on. The worst was that I couldn't paste in a password. I suppose it's possible that the problem is on my phone and not with the app, but I've not had this problem on any other apps I've installed and created accounts for. It was weird and frustrating.
