Warning it doesn’t prompt you to create a user account but you should! I had purchased 4 tickets and used just one (in the way I used to buy tickets from the machine), but the next time it told me I had been logged out (which was even more confusing because I kept trying to log in while I never created it, even noticing that the app knew my email and credit card!!!).So I lost the 3 tickets. The contact email listed in the app bounced back. I wrote 3 messages and now I’m so tired of this issue! It’s so bizarre how scmtd has always been so difficult with fare payments! It’s probably because the people designing these systems aren’t riders and never rode the bus to understand how users deal with it!

Idk this is super stupid but like I want to be able to have a cool profile here: I want to be able to post status updates about my rides and have like a place on my profile where it shows how many bus rides I’ve taken. I wanna be able to make online friends with the druggies who sit next to me in the crammed clean air bus PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Buyer beware. App doesn’t always load and SC Metro could care less. Buy at your own risk. I’ve had to pay for the bus half the time because the app won’t load. Speaking with other riders this seems to be a common thing. Best just to buy a physical pass. Zero convenience.

girl why is the bus always late istg i’ve been waiting for the 8:10am bus and it’s been delayed to 8:35 and im literally gonna be late to my college class. 25 minutes is insane. the fact that the 8:10 bus arrived after the 8:30 bus is insane. also last week the bus just left without like half of us and didn’t send a replacement so we had to stand in the freezing cold for like over an hour??? please please please have backup buses or fix your bus system this is insane.
