Straight up, you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest insurance I found for me and my wife. Yes the customer service suxxxx!!! The app is only good for making payments. That’s it. If you have issues with paying on time then your gonna have a problem because you so t be able to get ahold of anyone. I haven’t had the need to talk to anyone so it’s no issue for me. I make my payment without autopay every month and never had an issue. If you want better customer service than stop looking for the cheapest insurance. Go to the bigger companies.

So today I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony Woodards! For some reason, I wasn’t able to pay my policy because of some technical difficulties that were going on with GoAuto. I got to the point that my policy ended up getting canceled because of it. I called today and spoke with a woman. She placed me on a brief hold and ended up hanging up on me. But that was a blessing in disguise because I got Anthony qthis time. Anthony discussed multiple solutions that we could do to get my policy going again. He did everything in his power to make sure I got my insurance policy back. The call ended up being an hour and 22 minutes. And after I received my insurance documents and signed my paperwork, he stayed on the phone to make sure I was able to get Into the app and set up my auto pay. People like Anthony are the reasons that people stay with certain companies. Because it’s more than just getting insurance it’s the feeling of security and knowing they’re gonna guide you and make sure everything is done right. So thank you again, Anthony you really made my day.

Although there are app bugs, the biggest problem is needing assistance and sitting on hold for 30-40 mins at a time. I never get a response when I try to send a message and chat is never available. The site and the app doesn’t work either

I would not recommend purchasing any policy through this insurance company. On paper, the coverage may look legitimate, but the actual customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone waiting for assistance and nobody answered. In addition to that, I’ve had major difficulties accessing my insurance ID card and even making payments online through the app.An insurance company should provide reliable support when customers need help, but unfortunately that has not been my experience at all. At this point, it feels like the policy is only useful to show proof of insurance, but when it comes to accessibility and customer support, the service is simply not worth it.I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company, because these kinds of issues can create serious problems later on.
