Update hurts access

You could previously access the app when off line (for example airborne) to read downloaded references. The current version no longer allows that. This gets extremely aggravating when trying to look something up while flying or other times where internet access is not available.

Decent App — Shouldn’t have to CONSTANTLY Sign In

Every time I leave the app it is required to sign back in. The “keep me signed in” check box must be a joke in their programming department.

FlightSafety has a group of pro’s that built this app. Someone told me they are referred to as “Area 51”, and I can see why. They really knocked it out of the park this time. Seamless integration, great user interface, the app is logical and makes sense. I could not as for more. Nice job “Area 51”!

Could use better tech support

I couldn’t download current training material. Took several days to get tech support to respond. Their solution was to remove the app and reinstall. That didn’t fix the problem. On my own, since tech support was unavailable, I discovered the problem to be my VPN. Turning off the VPN allows for document download.
