Addicted to BB
I just updated the app and now I can’t access it. Keeps telling me wrong credentials. Please fix!!Update: 2 stars remain due to the frustration. I was finally able to access my account after the update. It would have been helpful to add a note that you have to register again in order to access. This was a poorly planned update from a customer perspective. Do better IT DEPARTMENT😏 Having said that, the new updates are good.

This credit union is falling off

I’m getting tired of how slow this bank is. I’ve usually been positive with this place, but it’s wearing my patience thin. The only evidence of my pending payment to the credit card is a snap shot I took. I’m getting nervous because the money’s already gone from my account but not showing even as a pending payment. The bank has not emailed me a receipt for confirmation. I also recently paid my loan completely off and similarity lacking receipts of email. There’s no evidence the loan existed on my account. Records matter. Prompt service matters. The hold on a check that should have been cleared last week matters.Keep screwing with my money, access, and records and you will lose a decades long customer.

I recently downloaded the app and I have to say, the registration process was a breeze! The customer service team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through everything step by step. Once I was in, I was really impressed with the design and navigation—it's super intuitive and easy to use. I love all the new features, and they’ve definitely made the overall experience better. Once you’re logged in the new app clears the old app in all aspects. Much easier to manage my accounts now, especially with transfers and debit card access. I like how I can control everything from my phone unlike before. Great upgrade.
