I made the mistake of buying a fasting app and was so disappointed! It was confusing and had no flexibility if you ended or started a a fast at a different time. I like this because it is FREE, as it should be, and you are in control! Learning to know what amount of time works! Clear icons and large on screen with just the basics for beginners or advanced! If you need to know about healthy eating, there is plenty of information on the internet to learn what to eat. But to just fast and keep track… this is the way to go! Thank you for this app!

So far I’m enjoying the app. I have only forgotten once to log in. It’s easy to use and helps me stay on track. I just started fasting for the first time. I’m feeling better already. I have more energy and feel like I’m loosing weight. I plan to keep fasting as long as I can.

Easy to use, no bells or whistles

This app is straightforward and easy to use. There’s no bells or whistles like a reminder 30min before your fast is ending and I’m not quite sure what the weight box is doing because it doesn’t give any info there. It would be nice since it appears to have the .0 that you could input your true total weight but it only takes the first 3 numbers. For now as I’m starting out 16/8, it’s working for me.

New updates to visualize fasts and weight changes over time let you see correlations between fating and weight fluctuations. Additional bug fixes and layout updates.
