My wife went to get blood drawn and said that our address could cause the FDA to shut them down when we know someone who lives in the same complex and said well they are a friend. They continued to take my wife’s personal information and keep it in the system as deferred and she still gets notifications for appointments. The people are very rude. They don’t tell you what place you live in is acceptable or not until you get there and give them your personal information. They have favorites and said behind her back that she is too big when my wife is in the very low 200’s. She said it’s okay if I add it to my review. Please do not let the fake nice reviews fool you

Don’t bother to waste your time if you’re a gay man. Spent almost an hour before I saw something that led me to ask a question. When someone was available I told her I was married to a man monogamously and there didn’t seem to be any exceptions where it says you’re disqualified if you are a male who has EVER had sex with another man. She pretended to research the subject and said “no sir, you’re permanently banned from donating”. When I corrected her that “ well, temporarily until y'all catch up”, she just gave me an angry look and I told her bye and left.

This besides the fact we are getting paid peanuts to sell our plasma when they profit so much from it

First time I had to update the app I could no longer log in and donate, I waited 3 months before I went in and had it straightened out, now it’s only been a few days and I can’t book a donation appointment because the calendar stops halfway in the month and I’m really becoming aggravated with this app. If they can’t even keep an app operational how about the rest of their business model?
