I’ve been to donate five times now, and the staff are super pleasant and focused. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Aside from the first visit where you get a training and a physical, I’m always out within an hour from start to finish. That’s an important piece because I think *technically* some competitors offer a higher base pay, but you’ll spend HOURS in their waiting room. The whole staff at Parachute is awesome and very professional. Angel me in particular because she always greets the donors with a smile and seems to keep everyone engaged while keeping it professional. Defiantly makes time go by as you donate. Th facility is 10/10 always clean and everyone seems very safe while being a good time to be around, all of the staff always seems excited to work and that shows because it is a great environment to spend an hour two times a week. Had a physical prior to the donation today. Staff was friendly and I remembered that I’m ticklish lol. Staff member doing the physical recommended I try my left arm since the vein was better and my right vein is apparently crooked. Donation seemed to go faster and have less pain (only the initial stab this time around) and though it felt weird using my left arm, I think I’ll donate with it again in the future. Staff is friendly and efficient, would recommend

My wife went to get blood drawn and said that our address could cause the FDA to shut them down when we know someone who lives in the same complex and said well they are a friend. They continued to take my wife’s personal information and keep it in the system as deferred and she still gets notifications for appointments. The people are very rude. They don’t tell you what place you live in is acceptable or not until you get there and give them your personal information. They have favorites and said behind her back that she is too big when my wife is in the very low 200’s. She said it’s okay if I add it to my review. Please do not let the fake nice reviews fool you
