I literally cannot even login to my account after 3-4 password changes, no one answers the phone. But they sure don’t have an issue taking my money every month!!! I was originally with Infinity and could always login to view my account with no issues, Kemper is an actual JOKE.

Avoid this Company!

Do not use this company!

Non of there online or app tech works, no one answers the phone. Online chat is rude and unhelpful.

You buy a policy they double bill you and you have no way to change it or even ask about it!

They have 5 different, websites, apps, phone numbers, emails, etc. all with slightly different names. (Kemper Auto Insurance; Infinity Auto Insurance, Kemper Infinity Insurance; etc.) Non which work when your trying to do anything but pay them!

This company is a large scale scam.

Passwords always a problem because you guys don’t let me select the password that I want it’s disappointing that we pay and the service is so bad. Just want to pay the policy and is so difficult.
