This app use to work great. It used to be simple and easy and straight to any info you needed regarding your policy. Now with these past few new updates or "bio-metric" updates, now the app is completely useless. It doesn't open at all, not even to a login page. I don't know what was done but I have to say that I hate it. It has made me late to making a payment and I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and still doesn't work at all. I even downloaded the other Infinity app for the same Kemper company and it doesn't work at all. What I don't understand is why try to update and fix something that was working great to begin with. If it wasn't broke then don't fix it. Go back to the version that was being used last year. If this isn't fixed I'm just going to change my auto insurance to another company.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Does not work at all. I have no access to my cards because I opted for paperless. I pay for insurance but the most recent card I have is October 2022 through email and it’s May 2023. This insurance company is good to get you by until you can afford something better and more reliable. But the incompetence I’ve experienced over the years is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. And that’s okay. Sometimes, as a degenerate company, you just need to lean into and accept that you are below average and that’s why your rates are where they are at. And everyone can get on board and just get on with their lives. If you are expecting top notch, this isn’t it. And you should know that. This should be a temporary insurance until you figure something else out. There. I said it.

It’s such a struggle trying to pay a bill through this app. It does not let me log in even if I change my password, or make a quick payment. Don’t get this app and go to your local Adriana’s insurance to pay. I also recommend to complain to them as this has become so unprofessional. They need to fix this app because people rely on this app to pay their bills and then they end up with a late fee. Now a days there’s a fee for everything and they’re just trying to pock money out of people because they fee to even pay your bill. Always make sure to pay 3 days before so that if this app does not work you have time to go in person and complain and pay there.

The app will not allow me to sign in , when I try re register it says I already have account. So I can not access the full account, all I can do is do quick pay . I am trying to print a new proof of insurance and can not make it past the log in . After the last update it has not worked at all . I have called for help and it still will not let me into my account. Says I already have an account then says I don’t . Please fix these issues , it makes things very hard to make payment and to keep updated insurance proof .
