• Stay logged in with fingerprint or facial recognition on your smartphone.
• Sign up for push notifications, that send reminders when a bill is due or a confirmation when paid.
• For our Electric customers, report a power outage and receive notifications when your power will be restored.

Needs improvement

Would give higher rating if the actual Face ID option would work. Every time I go to settings it says log back out and tap enable Face ID which I have done every time I log in and it will not accept Face ID and each time I have to enter my password. I’m not the best with remembering them which is why I set up Face ID for all of my apps. Please fix this option.

Literally doesnt work

Im a new user of Dominion, and I thought it would be nice to just look at my bill and make sure everything's on track, and what better way then with the App? I added my account, but every time i click on it, it only refreshes the page. I cant look at anything other than the account number. So I go online, and its doing the same thing! THEN I go to the contact us area and 1, it just took me to the home page and did nothing, and then 2, it says you have to call, and I cant call anytime soon. I mean, this is kind of ridiculous. What If I cant pay my bill? Needs to be fixed.

Really like the favorites!

I really like the option where you can setup favorite locations to check on power outages. I setup the homes of my elderly mom and other family members. Texts work too, but my family doesn’t stay glued to their phones. The favorites is an easy way for a quick check whether to be concerned in the first place.
