Toggling between gas and electric account requires logging out and logging back in

I have two accounts with Dominion. One gas account (formerly PSNC), and one electric account. Toggling between the two accounts is obscure and requires having to fully log out and back log in to the same app.

Sorry for the confusion. If you are logged into your NC Electric account, there should be a link at the bottom of the screen which directs you to Go to NC Gas. That will allow you to sign onto your NC Gas account. If you have issues, please feel free to contact us at DEMobileContactUs@dominionenergy.com.

Really like the favorites!

I really like the option where you can setup favorite locations to check on power outages. I setup the homes of my elderly mom and other family members. Texts work too, but my family doesn’t stay glued to their phones. The favorites is an easy way for a quick check whether to be concerned in the first place.

Resetting password is confusing

I tried to log into my account and it said my password was wrong so I went to change/retrieve it but it asked me for my account number, social security number, birthday, phone number, email address, and federal tax ID?!???!? Also this just to get my password and there was only one place to put in the info. And I would put in my information and it would tell me it was wrong. Like I’m pretty sure my birthday and phone number I just put in are correct...
