I used to absolutely love playing online with this casino, I am a diamond elite player, so I do play very frequently but one of the main reasons why I liked it so much was not only winning, but the withdrawals used to be immediate. Now they take close to 24 hours to process and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have spent a lot of money here, but unfortunately I will be playing more on the other casino sites until (or if) they get back to doing immediate withdrawals. Not sure why they would change it but my last 5 withdrawals have taken about 24 hours and I think that’s just ridiculous since there are other sites that have immediate withdrawals. Why can’t this one do the same since they were doing it and now they’re not. I completely understand if you have one here or there that takes longer to process, but not when it’s consistent like this. Then when I try to log into the Caesars rewards site it tells me that I’m under a different email which I know I’m not under a different email and I contacted Support, but They said I had to come in in person in order to change the email. Absolutely ridiculous to make me come in person to do that. they said there was no other way around it. So now I can’t even go on the Caesars reward site and do anything on that. Very poor customer service.

I’ve been playing on this site since it opened in Michigan. Initially won around $30k. It was great. Withdrawal were sent to my PayPal within minutes up to maybe an hour or two every time. Went in a losing streak and took a couple breaks. I just recently began playing on this site a few months back. Probably have won more than lost. Although withdrawls are so not instant anymore. Sometimes I receive them within an hour or two, sometimes a day or two. That’s one thing I never understood from these online casinos. Players that play a lot and play big and deposit a lot, expect their winnings in the same fashion. Over half the sites in Michigan have figured out instant withdrawals to PayPal/bank account through trustly/play +, and I’m sure that the sites that send your winnings instantly (aside from maybe your first withdrawl, as I understand verification) probably do much much much more business. And that’s exactly what attracted me to wynnbet in the beginning. That and they would send me daily and weekly high roller promotions and free casino play, I had my personal wynnbet customer service guy in which we texted all the time about promotions and whatnot. All that’s changed. No personal customer service like back a few years ago, got rid of rewards program altogether, absolutely zero promotional offers, and a withdrawal timeline that makes zero sense. I think anymore than a couple hours of waiting, is too long, and you guys were the best at this when you first opened in Michigan, or among the best. What happened to all of this great customer service and nice treatment to players that play big and a lot. I put a personal daily deposit limit on my account just so I don’t play as much anymore. I still love your site, and customer service is hit or miss, but everything has changed since I’ve been back and you can make it so much better again and wish you would. When you first opened in Michigan, you were my number 1 casino out of the 13 or so. You’re creeepifn to the bottom of that list now as everything seems to be getting worse and worse. Hands down the worst of all the online gaming apps as far as being able to play a game without being randomly logged off the app repeatedly time after time. The play is literally in slow motion and yes I have the latest version downloaded as well I was connected to Wi-Fi at all times while playing, as well as my device being updated to the latest version. I literally spend five times in my game at the most and I’m getting logged off in the app just goes blank screen on me every single time in the past two weeks it’s gotten worse to where I can’t even finish one spin like it’s laughable, but it’s not funnyand when I context Support, we’re gonna escalate it for you just like I’m VIP with horseshoe and I am supposed to have a host, but still don’t have one and when I contact them and they put in a request to receive a host three months ago multiple times I still have yet to receive one and or even hear back about the situation. Blows my mind how terrible Customer Service is and this is the same problem I’ve had with Caesars. I’m having with horseshoe the only two because I play on all the other apps and they’re all perfectly fine. It’s only these two apps and recently it’s gotten terribly worse. Stay away from these apps you’ll thank me later.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced from the customer service to the slot machines. Ceasers and their slots here don’t pay like other sites. They may offer a bonus but they make sure you can’t win a single dollar with their promo bonuses. I’ve tried it about 4 times now and have never seen money be taken as fast as on both those online casino! I lost every single spin and so did multiple other people I invited to play. They clearly have control of our accounts if that’s how bad it was. I have accounts at every online casino and not a single one is this bad. I expect to lose but the way we lose here and at ceasers is twice as fast because they don’t pay and their machines are tight or they control your account to not win. So play with caution because they won’t do anything to keep their customers happy. I’m not a sore loser I’m use to losing but the difference is the way we lose and it’s not fun here what so ever! THE RTP WAS THE LOWEST OF ALL THE ONLINE CASINO APPS AND THE LEGAL LIMIT! STAY AWAY THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AND TRUST ME YOU WILL FEEL LIKE SOMEONE ROBBED YOU OVER THE INTERNET. What ever platform they use they have some really sketchy stuff going on. I am gonna write a article on this so people don’t make the same mistake I did.
