I hardly write review but this whole issue has just annoyed me enough. I hope who ever who may concern can look for an improvement. Ever since I registered successfully and sent a test shift, it always only allows me to send test shift, not a normal legitimate shift because there is no such choice for me to choose! Then I had to painfully figured out in the web portal to change all the test shifts to real shifts, not to mention the portal wasn’t accessible for a long time after I transferred over. Also the app is not designed to let you log in mileage. Have to go to the portal. Once you hit submit button, there is no way to adjust the entry. Have to do it before that. That defeat the error correction purpose isn’t it? The Time4Care is a much better app. And OMG! 4 platforms to be able to completely deal with your work related documents?! There are this CareAttend app, the Workday web, the consumerdirectwa web and the ADP site to see the pay. Plus the SEIU site for training. So cumbersome and confusing to use! I feel the pain for those workers who have less technical background. The switch over procedure is a disaster!

This app is beyond useless, and CDWA’s entire operation is an absolute catastrophe. It’s shocking how consistently CDWA manages to deliver the lowest-quality, cheapest, most poorly executed systems imaginable. This app feels like it was slapped together with zero testing, zero care, and zero understanding of the people who rely on it. It’s glitchy, unstable, and flat-out miserable to use.CDWA has proven, over and over, that they cannot handle the responsibilities they’ve been given. Their work is careless, their systems fall apart the moment you try to use them, and their overall operation is a mess that creates more problems than it solves. The fact that the state continues to hand them contracts is infuriating and honestly makes no sense.At this point, replacing CDWA isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a necessity. The state needs to cut ties with this disaster of a contractor and bring in an organization capable of delivering functional tools instead of this constant stream of broken, cheap, and frustrating garbage. People deserve far better than the chaos CDWA keeps producing.

Having issues registering for a couple weeks through CDWA. Contacted them about it but they had no clue, so suggested I contacted app support. They just got done telling me any support issues related to the app are handled through CDWA which doesn’t make sense to me as it isn’t THEIR app, it’s CellTrak’s and there’s nothing wrong on CDWA’s end. One of the other reviews had the same registration issue and they responded to the review saying email us we’ll fix it. Then saying “we can’t do anything” after I did what they said to do 😂 what a joke!!! I don’t ever leave reviews but this is just stupid. Going from Time4Care to this is a huge bummer. No issues at all to multiple issues. Not up to me unfortunately 🙄

It has been two frustrating months dealing with this app. Just woke up one day and was logged out of the app. I have tried every password I have ever used to log back in and no luck. Now when I tried resetting my password, severally it will say that it sent a password reset to my email. I’ll check my inbox, spam folder, everywhere and there’s nothing. The app used to be v1.0 and it’s now says v2.1 or something of that sort so I’m not sure if that is the issue. I’m not able to use this app to clock in and out of my shifts in order to stay compliant on the EVV program, which is a requirement. Somebody please look into this because this is really frustrating.
