This app does great at helping me keep up with and track my fasting. This app also helps me keep up with my water intake and allows me to set reminders of when to drink water and reminds me of how long I have left on my fast. I believe this is a great app to use for those who want to be specific and precise when intermittent fasting. Another great thing about the app is that you can log your moods while fasting. This can be great to show how you were feelings in the beginning of yours fasts to see your improvement as you keep doing fasts. It also shows how there are other people doing certain fasts along with you so you won’t feel alone on your journey. Using an app like this will help you hold yourself accountable each time you decide to do a new fast. There are also different fasting times available for example, I started off by doing the 16:8, which is fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8 hour window. As you get used to fasting, you can choose different times where you fast for longer and have shorter eating windows.

This app has been so easy to use to track my fasting. I am only a beginner but looking to train myself into a fasting lifestyle for health and weight loss and this app provides a timer for each ratio of hours on/hours off from 12:12 all the way down the list and has trophies you can collect along the way for a job well done. Also has a water tracker and mood tracker which is excellent! I use Noom as my nutritional program and I use this fasting app to log all the things that fall outside of noom like the fasting and mood tracking. Very pleased with this app and joined for a subscription which IMO is super manageable price either monthly or for the whole year, which I chose! There is also a place to do a voluntary review which I am doing now and they will give you the premium version of the app for free for your review! Easy trade for me and I will recommend this app to all my friends!

Ok so if u clicked on this ur interested in this app so if ur over 18 and using it for health reasons, I fully support u and this app is a great way to do so. However, if you r under 18 or doing this for ur looks, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP this is not for kids and can lead to an eating disorder in the future. Scientists have not vigorously tested IF in children like they have in adults. It can lead to long term side effects. Please take care and talk to a trusted adult about problems with body image. And trust me, ur body is beautiful and even if u don’t see that, there is something so much greater under it. You are so beautiful just by being yourself. You are an amazing person and you have so many redeeming qualities , even if right now u might not think so. I have been using multiple apps for a long time and this app has been working seamlessly and I have been enjoying the features so far. A lot of apps I have tried are only subscription based and don’t really do much. But this app can be easily used for free and does what I want it to do. I downloaded and tried a ton of different app. Most apps were exactly the same and after over twenty one questions I got to the end and it was an extremely over the top prize subscription and there wasn’t a free option even available. I enjoyed the free subscription I did want to get more out of the app so I upgraded to get a little more out of the app. I am happy with the outcome.
