I love this card because it motivates you to reach small goals and rewards you for them. Everyone like to see progress and see incentive for it. The app is awesome because it’s a quick and easy way to lay and everything is right there for a quick and easy way to see where you are , make a payment and really be inspired to make payments on time manage your progress and empower yourself to budget and be responsible. It’s motivation and reward and somehow it just helps you want to stay on track. I have been more then pleased with the app it’s ease of use not over complicated. Keeping it simple and always encouraging which motivates you to be interactive and strive to achieve financial freedom and build your credit I am happy and more then pleased with my overall experience with this company and the app makes like so easy. Working toward a goal is fun. It’s a great card and a great app. I love this company and out of all the credit cards I have this is by far the one I stay on top of the most thank you for creating a way to look at my credit card in a different way.

Although the interest rate is high, if your credit is not the best, I'm telling you this credit card will be very, very helpful. This credit card, I think I got or started at a thousand dollars and I'm up to almost five thousand in the last year or so because after every five payments or six payments on time that you make, they will raise your credit score or they will give you an APR discount. You get to choose, and as long as you make those payments on time, you get upgraded and upgraded and upgraded.You know, again, the APR is high, probably like 29%, but that amount that you could get upgraded is usually $1,000 every five payments or six payments. It's very helpful for your credit, and I'm really grateful to this credit card.

There’s different reasons for being with a credit card that has a high rate and annual fee.. Mine happens to be that I sold my home when I retired. I always had close to an 800 score until I sold that house and no longer had a mortgage so I applied for this card and was granted it to increase my score so that I wasn’t forced into some ridiculous reverse mortgage situation to do some business transactions that I wanted to do.… When an annual fee comes due and you’re not actively using an email which has been said to your provider, a courtesy text would be app Chiate to not be over your limit regardless of it there’s a fee or not. It only makes staying below your limit easier, which is good business….. so other than the lack of communication about fees between Customer and card issue not too many problems, but the customer service seems to be a textbook, narratives spewed out at the disliking of the managerial people… Other words, the managers that I talk to whole heart of the agreed, but they’re bound by some paperwork… anybody who’s ever owned a business owned a business or whatever knows that rules are there to be broken when common sense prevails… The end

I was approved for the card back in December 2021. I have never been able to login to the app. I was patient at first and willing to talk and figure out why I could not access the app. During multiple different conversations over the first month I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Then told to reset my password through OneMain Financial Website but don’t login in there and to go back to the app and login. Then I was told I’d have a ticket made for my account to have the issue addressed. Then I was told that the representative would have management contact me to help. I am still waiting on the call from nearly 2 months ago now. I have a card and i had to activate it through the phone but I refuse to use it if I can’t follow the charges made and if I can’t make payments as needed. I’m glad I was approved for the credit but it’s unfortunate that it’s useless to me. To this day, and again just now, uninstalling and reinstalling and resetting the password has gotten me NOWHERE. There’s no point to call as ask for assistance because that has always gotten me NOWHERE also. I was told a website would be up sometime for the credit card. Maybe, whenever that’ll be, I’ll be able to use my card.
