Dermstore is always having sales and deals on the best skincare lines on the market. If you sign up for text alerts, you’ll never miss out on a great deal. Also if you find your favorite brand you can get it on auto delivery and save money on your products. It’s a great site for skincare and you can earn points to redeem for nice items as well!

So I learned my lesson the hard way with this retailer. I placed a recurring monthly order of $300 in Maywith Dermstore. Supposedly they shipped it via “Pandion Pro”. I received a delivery notice from Pandion; however, never received my order. I gave it a few days and when I still didn’t have it, contacted Dermstore via chat. Their customer service indicated Pandion handled the shipment from start to finish and advised me to fill out a claim form. After doing so, I did some of my own research and found that their shipper actually dropped this package off partway on its journey with USPS. USPS, to this date (60 days later), cannot locate my packages. Dermstore’s own claim form indicates their policy is to replace missing items - yet, I am still without my order and all you get from requests for status with Dermstore customer service is “we are waiting for a response from our claim team.” So, I cancelled my recurring order, because I do not trust them at this point. I hope Dermstore thinks it’s worth it to lose a recurring $300 monthly sale. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and I caution others to think twice, because they DO NOT take care of their customers.

You can make purchases - like, it’s possible, but it isn’t a good experience at all. The app is slow and hard to navigate. Every page and modal takes a few seconds to load. The experience isn’t smooth. Sometimes there are multiple navigation patterns layered on top of one another, which gets confusing. It must all be built in web. I will probably use the app to get what I need and get out. The experience isn’t good enough to just sit a browse through products. Glad they’re starting somewhere though!

The cart totaling UX on this app is confusing and overly complicated. There are multiple pops up that shouldn’t appear because I don’t qualify for the new user discount. What is the point of signing into an app if I’m going to continued to be bombarded with messages not personalized to me? Teased with ad on website saying I’d get 15% off for using the app. There was no disclaimer which products don’t qualify. Only learned the products I ordered didn’t qualify at the end of the process. So basically it lied. The company has bad practices too, including sending a separate box with nothing but a postcard in it. What a wasteful way to conduct business. Won’t shop here again.
