Usually get comps and gamble at harrahs casinos and decided to try Rslv for a weekend with a friend. I did really like the hotel and decided to get a genting card and down loaded the app. Tried so many times to get into my account and it’s giving me a wrong account message. Did reset the password and got thru it and tried to login again and still not letting me into my account.

Called the casino to link my genting account into the app or maybe help me with the login.

My friends and I were excited about coming to see the most technologically advanced casino in the world until we downloaded this app, waited over two hours to try to get setup and finally gave up. This app is a MESS and the cashless gaming is an absolute joke. Every time the tech tried to fix the issue it hit my bank account for $100. The app kept showing an address error which I waited an hour in line to fix. Once it was fixed the app still showed an error and my tech was so beat up from a week of getting punched by angry guests like me he had to go have a smoke leaving me solo. So in the time I was there getting setup on their system the app hit me for $800 which I had to wait 24 hours to get back, I never got to play a single machine and ended up just having drinks. One person in our group of 30 didn’t have a problem but al the rest of us did which is pretty bad. I won’t be back to Resorts World and will never use play plus or NRT systems EVER again. So disappointed 😏

This is the first review I’ve ever written for an app, but I am so frustrated, it had to be done. Where to start? I first downloaded the app and tried to join the Genting club. The app asked to take a picture of my ID. Each time I selected “Take Photo” the app crashed. So I went downstairs to the cage and signed up there. I went back to the app and tried to register using my Genting number. It asked for email and password and then said I needed to answer four questions. However, the questions never appeared and the app froze. Didn’t help to close the app so had to delete and reinstall. Once that was done I tried again. It said my Genting number was already registered and I needed to enter email and pw. I did, but it said the info was not valid. I asked for pw reset a dozen times but no email arrived. I went back to the cage and they couldn’t figure it out. What a waste!
