Now that they have open Planet Smoothie, there is something to compare. I will say that the quality of Grain & Berry is in my opinion at the same level. The polls are about a third larger than what you get at Planet Smoothie and they’re about 15% cheaper. I used to think that they were overpriced for what you got but not having anything to compare it to was the problem. I absolutely would drive a little further for Grain & Berry versus Planet Smoothie.

This was our first visit, but definitely not our last one.This location has a very nice clean interior decor.We tried Design A Bowl, Turmeric shot, Grain & Berry Parfait and the Jammin Smoothie. Everything was very tasty and delicious. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They even corrected an item I mistakenly ordered.We are very pleased with the friendly service.I signed up for the loyalty program via the App Store. There are a few things the app could improve to have a more user friendly experience. However, the owner was able to help me navigate through the challenges.

I think the app is at beginning stages. I would suggests a more fast and intuitive sign up process, as well as apple pay for a fast check out. Also as a customer - I LOVE REWARDS!, make the points and rewards better displayed in order to make it more exciting! and also exclusive deals (like in app deals only). Don’t forget our birthday!!! I’ve been a long time customer of Grain & Berry. Absolute best smoothie bowls around. But the app is lacking in too many ways. I made a duplicate order accidentally and there is no way to cancel it, there is no way to contact a customer service (contrary to what the store employee suggested). There is no way for me to cancel and get a refund on my duplicate order. Will be reaching out to the manger, but these features need to be added as they are essential.
