Would be 5 stars if you could pair multiple phones at a time instead of just one.

My dogs chewed up my tv remote months ago, so I’ve been using this app since. Works okay, sometimes certain things don’t work but after a lot of time it will eventually do what it’s supposed to. My main issue is, you cannot pair more then one phone at a time to one tv. You have to go in the app or setting in your tv and manually disconnect it in order for another phone to connect. The app BIGGEST FLAW. My phone recently broke after dropping it in a pool. Now I have no way of connecting my new phone to my tv, in turn forcing me to now buy a universal remote to get into the tv. This isn’t the only time it has created issues. My mom and sister were staying at my house for a period of time, and while I was at work I had to go in and disconnect it so they could watch the tv without me there. ANOTHER time it caused issue was then after she connected to the tv, she didn’t realize she had to disconnect it manually and just deleted the app off of her phone. Which made it IMPOSSIBLE to get back into it for weeks until I was able to get a universal remote, which also ended up getting chewed by the dogs. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the app’s performance, and the fact that I have no way unto my tv now without my BROKEN PHONE, which I cannot get into since it won’t turn on. Would appreciate a resolution to my problem if the creators of this app gaf.

Upon downloading the app and pairing with my TV, the app worked fine. The next day, when I was trying to power on the TV (via remote) it would not connect. I had to turn the TV on manually just like the good old days when my 6 year old self was the remote. The remote worked fine from there. Another day I attempted to power on the TV with the remote and it would not power on. I turned it on manually again, only for the remote to not work at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app only to have to pair the TV to the remote again, and then receiving a message that this TV was already paired with the remote and then I could not get off that page. This app is a waste of your time.

App was working great . All controls worked including volume . My tv was acting up one day and so was the app (no controls were working even though it was still connected to my tv). I deleted the app to refresh it and when trying to paid it back with my tv it keeps saying it’s paired but when I try to use the controls it still asks me to connect to a device . Tried deleting and redownloading several times but nothing . It literally only works after you first download once it starts acting up It’s no use of trying it
