For Children’s Medical Services (CMS) members in Florida, the Children’s Medical Services app puts your health plan in your pocket. With the app, you can access health plan features whenever you need them.

Note: This app is for Florida Medicaid members with special needs who are 21 or under. Their parents or guardians may also access it. If you or your dependent has another Sunshine Health plan, download the Sunshine Health app. If you are a Medicaid member outside of Florida, please find an app that is based in your state.
A better app is coming for Children’s Medical Services! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Children’s Medical Services app.
