1. After viewing an item and when I try to get back to the search page, if I slide the screen to the right it gets me back to the main menu! After viewing an item I have every time to click on the arrow up left so I can get back to the search page. 2. Taking a screenshot makes a banner show up on the upper screen, the banner stays there for a while! If I want to get back to the search page I have to wait till this banner is gone because this banner covers the back arrow, which is the only way to get back to the search page. 3. Notifications: though I permitted getting notifications from the app settings and on my iPhone settings, still I don’t get notifications from the app. I wish I could get notifications whenever there’s a sale, a price drop on an item I liked& new arrivals.4. I’m not sure if sorting items by new arrivals (so I can see if there are any new items that I didn’t see yet) gives the right order of the items by date of release.. sometimes I see items that have been available for a month and below it you can find a new item.5. I wish there would be more tools to find the right size for each item individually, specifically for each item& not a general irrelevant table for size. Size is an essential matter.

This app is so easy to use, I was NOT a regular customer of Ralph to begin with. Not because their clothes were not worth it. But navigating the app is so easy, I can shop from the comfort of my bed. The app unlicked the best Ralph experience when shopping. The filters in the app make it so simple to buy what I am looking for without hassle. One of the reasons I am not a fan of shopping apps usually is their sloppy job. NOT RALPH LAUREN. Their models are great at showcasing garments, their pictures are in 4k so you can zoom in to appreciate the “feel” of their materials, they even have models in a short video showcasing their items. I had to make a return due to FedEx damaging my package. Fastest hassle free return. I am now on my third year with Ralph Lauren and I love it!! Never been to a walk in store, but I recommend the app. They have great deals all around their line very often!! And with the app you get free lightning fast shipping. NOT KIDDING, I live in the north west. Usually two to three days to get my orders. They communicate via app about the status of your order, never the app has crashed or had a glitch on me. The colors,the quality,the customer service of Ralph Lauren ate unmatched. Lastly THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF BEHIND THE CAMERAS, YOU ARE AS IMPORTANT AS THE STAFF ON THE SPOTLIGHT. Trying to exchange and return items should not take an hour and a half. The person that I was “ chatting“ with did a relatively good job. I had a few items to exchange for smaller sizes and to return one item and I spent time online doing all the information and then I could not finalize the process. That was on a Friday early evening. I decided to wait until the next day to use the chat option. Return label then was sent to my work email instead of my personal email . That’s another issue. How did they get my work email . When I look online on the Ralph Lauren website, it has my personal email. How embarrassing to have people in my office that review emails for me find out what I’m buying my wife and what I’m returning for my wife. I tried to get this fixed three months ago. I was told it would be sent up to a higher level because the person I was talking to then could not understand why this was happening. I’ve been told the same thing this time. The person I’m chatting with said the return envelope was sent to my work email instead of my personal email, yet he was not able to fix the situation to remove my work email from Ralph Lauren database. Expected more from Ralph Lauren. I’ve been buying quality clothes for my whole family from their website is having issues I wish they would fix
