The basics are here, but it has issues. Having to sign in and use two form authentication every time is annoying. No Face ID? Trying to make a label and hit the text button, screen goes white and I have to log out, log back in (same process as above), aaaaand - crashes again.

This app isn’t even remotely usable, not on a Mac or iOS. Buggy and has a flow that is incomprehensible. Try making a simple mailing label and try to add a “from” address and you’ll see what I mean. Another garbage app for what is otherwise a good piece of hardware.

I just want to print but I am apparently held hostage by an app that won’t work!

I've been trying for three days (every 20-30 minutes for a good few hours each day) to try to get this thing to connect to my wifi, phone, anything! This has happened every time I turn it on since I first got it, but it's never been this bad. It usually takes about 30-40 minutes for it to connect. I have zero problems connecting other devices via wifi, so I know the problem isn't on my end. Now, when trying to troubleshoot everything, the app isn't even getting past the login screen. So I go to check my email to see if there's anything I'm missing, and they send me a link to contact customer service... the link doesn't take you anywhere. It's just a highlighted line of text. This was absolutely a waste of money, and not worth the constant headache every time I go to use it. And since I don't want to put anyone else through all this, I'm just gonna throw it in the dumpster. I've had it over the return timeframe, and it's been a pain since day one. I would recommend not getting this, as I also bought one for my mom and her business, and the same thing happens every single time. Not worth the money. Do not buy.
