I’ve been with Elephant for 7 years now and this app is everything I expected from the already high-level of service and quality I get from Elephant. I love how easy it is to access my ID cards and save them offline, plus managing my payment preferences is super easy! I’ve only had to make a vehicle change once so far, but the process in the app was super smooth and fast. This app saves me so much time by quickly doing things myself instead of having to call in and speak to someone. You literally can’t beat adding a new vehicle to your insurance in under 5 minutes! The app gets a 5/5 from this happy Elephant customer!

I’m quite impressed with the design quality of this app. It’s doesn’t have too many bells and whistles right now, but it easily does everything required of an insurance app, and I can tell they have big plans. Just check out that login transition. I’m glad they finally got an app. Their website has improved so much during the time I’ve been a customer, so I can only imagine what they’ll be able to do with an app!

I recently switched to Elephant Insurance and i’m glad I did! The app has been super easy to use and very helpful. I was able to set up monthly auto payments and have easy access to roadside assistance if needed. Customer support has been super helpful with any questions i’ve had. 5 stars for Elephant!
