1: for expired inspections I am not able to edit them on computer the only thing I can do is assign the inspections to someone to complete on the phone.2: even when assigning inspections they do not go through I’ve had to assign the same inspections about 10-20 times and I still can’t see that the inspections went through!or that they were assigned to someone 3. Sometimes it makes me log out and log back in for what ever reason don’t know why but it happens. Please fix this ASAP as this affects everyone using the app especially for property management.

1.) The AI summary animation runs everytime you open a task even if you’ve worked and commented on it. There’s no way to disable it and at first I didn’t think it was skippable due to the loading time after pressing ‘open work order’. 2.) I understand the need to be able to operate in different properties but there should also be a way to set it so you don’t have to click in to the same one you used last every-time you log-in esp. for those that only have one property. 3.) The inspections tab is too cluttered they should sort by unit or type, not date. 4.) I likely need to run through a training again but YARDI had a much clearer status system for work orders.Only positive note I have is that it’s mobile(yardi wasn’t) and has photos(which don’t seem to be accesible on desktop)

App works as it should, we use it for my property and so far it has significantly streamlined the communication between my team. Some features are not available through the app versus the desktop site, which is understandable as some functions aren’t necessary for mobile use - but it would be nice to access all the Project boards and view upcoming tasks the same way as the desktop, or at least a bit more thorough. Hoping that with updates the app only improves - looking forward to exploring more of its functions
