Does not send otp

This app is okay, but only if it works. It consistently will not send the otp to log in. I am at home in NY with all four bars of cell service, ALL other otp codes are coming in from other banks and institutions, except SBI. The otp after logging into the website on the laptop comes in after a nearly 90 second delay, but it does come in so far. The fact that the app needs an otp after setting a pin is itself strange. But if you must require otp, then at least have a system that sends it. Calling the branch for support does nothing.
