I am a physician of 50 years experience. This manual has insufficient information for clinical practice. Rating 0Don’t buy this app. $89 and I’m not able to get it to work. Complaint to company returned to me and directed to apple Apple support has become very complicated when it comes to app complaints. I’m really upset.

This is a response to the question regarding the reason for so many one-star reviews. Many people misunderstand and feel the content of this application is free, although it is clearly stated in the description that it is free for current customers and new customers must purchase content from Unbound Medicine. Hence they give a bad review when they un-install. Those customers that purchased the application are very happy with its performance.
