I live in the United States some of my checks come in the form of Canadian checks and I’m on able to deposit them here… Then I have to send them back to Canada with my signature etc. etc. I finally was able to get your app downloaded on my phone and use it for the first time tonight and I can’t tell you how happy I am… Thank you so much
App is great but lacks one basic feature

Everything is great about the app however one major issue is that there are no alerts for transactions. Every card or bank other than TD has this feature. They do have a low balance alert and that's it. I don't think that it's difficult to send a notification or a text alert everytime a purchase is made through the credit or the debit card. This is such a basic and important safety feature which TD has somehow overlooked. Ease add this basic functionality.

This app works sometimes. Sometimes it says there’s an error with your password and login and won’t let you login. However, I’m able to login on a desktop computer with the same logins. It’s irritating because I keep trying to login and it says too many attempts and I can’t use easy web after that. It kicks me out till I call customer service and get it reactivated. I hope they fix this soon. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it. No luck

This app has lots of information, but it’s not easy to get to. Everything takes more clicks than is necessary. For example, tap holdings, and you see a list with your gains and losses as you should. But then to get details like P/E ratio, tap again, and then again, and then again. However, one great feature is that it will show your portfolio performance compared to your personal target as well as standard benchmarks over a variety of time periods. TD Ameritrade, by way of comparison, doesn’t do this.
