Poor mobile deposit

Seeking Alpha app
This new version app doesn’t work with mobile deposit. After following the steps and taking the appropriate front and back check pictures, it displays an error message, “something went wrong”. With the previous version I always did mobile deposits with no issues. I have never gotten this version to work. It would also be nice to know if it listed what went wrong g so I can make corrections and try again. Very, very frustrating! I’ll be making another trip to the bank.

I love Kemba but I just wish there was more physical banks in my area. The app is a bit glitchy sometimes and doesn’t allow you to do everything you can online but it’s nice to just be able to log in and view everything right away. The snapshot update is probably my favorite.

This is the best experience I’ve personally had in 30 years of banking with any institution. Hands down the most Friendly and compassionate bank that back there members 💯and put their situations first. I wouldn’t recommend any other credit union for anyone other than Kemba!!Sincerely , A Satisfied Member
