I have issues with my system at least 5-8 times a month. I can’t arm or disarm from my phone a 6F or bF keeps showing up. My communion does not work from my panel.i am so tired of E secure or ADT I am looking at other protection services to get my money’s worth, if someone decides to kick in my door you all don’t get a signal. I left earlier the side door was open and the alarm went off I received a call to make sure everything was on it was working I come back 2 hours later no communication. I am just tired of calling every week.
Why do app developer break things before they make them better?

Still getting use to the new UI in this app. Hard to make the switch when all my automation devices have been re-ordered in the priority list. Also hard to see the sensor status of my security devices. Why do app developers make such large sweeping changes to their app and break things in the process that take them months to correct with feedback from their frustrated customers? Update- 31 OCT 2017Recently, all my scene schedules were defaulted back to ‘run manual’, which broke all my daily Z-wave automation. The app almost broke & burned out my garage door lift motor by not sensing the feedback loop telling the eSecure Lynx panel that the door was fully open or closed, keeping the motor engaged & over-riding the manual limit switches on the lifter track. I really don’t appreciate loosing all my scheduled scene programs & having to re-program everything again, but even worse it could have cost me several hundred dollars to replace my garage door lift motor had I not been in the garage when the scheduled scenes were all reset. Not to mention a possible house fire if the motor had been operated remotely through the mobile eSecure app and I had not been home or had been inside my house when the motor was commanded to engage and the eSecure program didn’t allow it to be disengaged by the limit switch. It just continued to send a ‘drive’ command ignoring the magnetic door sensor open/close sensor. All my scenes and Z-wave devices have now become inoperative or very intermittent, requiring frequent manual intervention. This program is so buggy since the major overhaul that I would recommend staying away from it or even reconsidering using The Protection-1 service because of these issues.
UNABLE TO LOGIN ON Multiple phones

Both me and my husband have the app, it worked fine and now it tells me I have the wrong password, but my husband logs in using touch ID just fine (with the same Password). So we rest the Password on his app I was able to login but but now it wont let him login it. We both have Iphone 8plus.
Doesn’t work and terrible support

App was working for years and then wouldn’t login. Called protection 1 ant the transferred me to Honeywell support. I was told app was down and they had no ETA. 2 weeks have gone by and I called again. Protection 1 support had me reset the system and download app. Then I had to change password. Finally it’s back up and running. You pay extra for remote access and it didn’t work for weeks. No notifications from them and had to call back to get things working. Not happy and I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs. time to find another company that has apps and support that work.It keeps getting worse. Every other time I log in I have to renter my pAssword. Time to change providers by Y’all

•Intelligent privacy for HD cameras. When enabled, your camera will automatically turn on privacy mode when you disarm your system, and turn off privacy mode when you arm your system. Privacy mode stops your camera from streaming and recording, reducing unnecessary notifications and events. Enable this new feature in each camera’s settings page.
