I delete my old account and I’m trying to do the new account with the same number but different name do you have any idea how long I have to wait because when I try to do the new account says you aren’t processing for delete your account

A complete mess on the latest update

Where to start…- You have to restart the app multiple times sometimes to get the correct/full options and info to show up- Foreign debit/credit cards aren’t working to pay off your bill- Albanian debit/credit cards are only working if you save the card on your profile. It won’t let you pay if you uncheck the “save card” option. Horrible for safety/privacy- If you switch to a different app then switch back, it will refresh. Every. Single. Time. And take you to the home page. The cherry on top is that it takes so long to refresh- if you have their Next packages it says 2x internet on roaming packages. Not always the case….- Customer service is horrible. They will waste a bunch of your time on nonsensical “solutions” like the standard “have you updated the app?” and not resolve anything. Awful company and an even worse latest version of the app. Do these apps not get bug tested before rolling out?

The app is not very reliable. I frequently have issues with payments being reflected and the customer support often just stops responding. I get text messages asking me to call a number but then the number is blocked. When I finally spoke with someone they said the number was not under my name.
