I have been using this app for a couple of years. Works great to have quick access to patient emails, appts, etc. I wish they would make the Charm EHR in a platform for iPad.

I wish this app worked, but it’s so riddled with problems, on pretty much every feature that It’s useless. It is exciting to see what goes wrong next. For the past few months it schedules appointments for the wrong time zone and totally freezes when trying to cancel an appointment. I keep going back to it every month or so in hopes it’s been updated, only to find it hasn’t and it has new errors. At least it lets me look at my calendar. That one feature is consistent.

Still doesn’t work after a year of trying! The app never fully loads or allows usage. I had communicated with the app support folks but the issue was never resolved. It’s also unclear if the app is for patients or for providers. I’m a patient and wanted to use this app because the CHARM website is so poor to use on a mobile device.
