Literally locks your account after a couple uses

Every time I login the app wants to forget your password I know for a fact I’m putting in the right password it just doesn’t want to take it and it locks you out very annoying considering how you contribute money to this every week to keep having the same issues and not very easy to reach out to them directly and takes days for them to reach back out to you this is the worse plan any employer could choose to use.

Whenever I open the app, it freezes and won’t allow me to even attempt to log in. And apparently it’s been that way for a long while. The fact that an app intended to give access to your own money won’t let you access it is absolutely inexcusable. Do better.

This app has been needing a makeover for years. Currently I’m unable to login by app because the screen locks up after opening and you can’t type your password in.
