The app is awesome, fast and reliable, perfect for people in a rush with busy lifestyles. The problem really falls in some gas stations that rip off the QR labels from their pumps, and others just plain decline the transaction to force customers to enter the store and pay inside, in order to see if the customer buy something else other than just gas. I personally think that that is a bit selfish in part of the owners because there is people who really really need this kind of app because maybe they’re late for work, or having an emergency and need to move out quickly. And they make them go inside to pay and also some of the times we have to waiting in line for a couple of seniors playing lotto.
Excellent app, but greedy gas station owners!!!!

It glitches every time. This is my favorite gas, but the fact that I cannot use the app, forced me to change to shell since they also have an app. The gas apps are convenient for many reasons. Safety, change is put back to your card right away, you don’t have to get in line. Super sad that nobody has fixed this issue forcing us to automatically go towards another gas station.

Stopped by a Journie station at a Chevron in British Columbia — downloading this app, which is in English, takes you to Spanish website thinking that I’m in Puerto Rico with no way to change your region. I tried to filled out anyways, and then ran into an ambiguous error, along with what I assumed meant it’s not available in my region when I’m clearly standing in front of a station. Was unable to charge at the Journie station as a result.
