Great burgers, great app!!

Incredibly easy to use, super helpful when ordering for my big fam and wanting to just pick up in store. Some issues early on, but they seem to have sorted those out over time. Loyalty rewards are a nice addition, I just need to start actually using them and saving some cheddar, bahaha.

When they send your delivery order to DoorDash and DoorDash cancels the order claiming someone else took it and then they never show up with it, there’s no way to get a refund or anything because MyBurger sends you to DoorDash and DoorDash sends you back to MyBurger, both stating it’s a third-party system and they can’t do anything about it. So last time I paid 30+ dollars for nothing and haven’t been able to get a refund. I used to order from them a lot but after this experience I wouldn’t get delivery again and I’d only ever get food when I’m in person in the area, so…rarely.

The delivery system seems to give the orders to DoorDash, but it doesn’t seem fully automated. I submitted an order with a correct address, but after a few calls from the driver, I was shown a completely incorrect address in the DoorDash system. Both the house number and street number had single letter typos that made it impossible for the driver to locate me. I have to assume the only way this would occur is a human poorly typing in the address given to the MyBurger app.
